Madame Christine Argillet to accompany Salvador Dali & Spanish Masters Collection in Zionsville this May. As the daughter of Pierre Argillet, Publisher and lifelong friend and confidante of Salvador Dali, Christine Argillet is presenting the Salvador Dali Argillet Collection. This rare collection is being brought to us out of the vaults of the Pierre Argillet Estate and represents a thirty-year collaboration between Dali and Argillet.
Art historians have said that this collection has “the finest bodies of the Master’s Art” referring, of course, to the most brilliantly provocative artist of the twentieth century, Salvador Dali. Not only will art collectors have an opportunity to own a piece of this prominent collection from Dali’s legacy, but will also be able to interact with Madame Argillet who shares personal stories of coming of age with the Surrealist icon whose endless pranks and eccentricities were simply those of a ‘mischievous uncle.’
