Every day, families have their lives forever changed as they face a new diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or dementia. Families find themselves navigating in unfamiliar waters and face many questions: What will my loved one need? What resources are available? How an I going to manage this? What does our future look like? This can be a scary time, but there is hope.
