What Would You Do If You Weren’t Afraid by Alexandra Nechita
36″ x 36″ Original Acrylic on Canvas. Gallery Wrapped. 2019.
Growing up teaches you a lot of things –
one of them, how to actively pursue the righteous
road, the road more traveled, the one that will
generate the least amount of chaos or change.
Of course life is not a self-centered or
isolated journey of singular needs and aspirations.
We want to make it better for those around us too,
but how do we do that without shaking our own
beliefs to shambles or without being distracted
by comparison? Maybe taking the risks
we’re scared of will reward us most.
What would you do if you were not afraid?
